The Männele is located outside the city center of Strasbourg in a real Alsatian house surrounded by a terrace with a bucolic ambiance.
Authentic institution of Alsatian culture, the restaurant proposes different dishes.
Tartes flambees from the wooden oven, stew, terrines, sauerkraut… It’s the perfect place to meet and appreciate Alsatian flavors.
The title of “Maître Restaurateur” (French title awarding restaurants serving fresh homemade quality food)
Deserved by the State, by means of prefect, from an audit carried out by an independent organism, the title of Master Restorer was given to the Männele for the quality of its dishes and the professionalism of the service.
In addition to this, the tartes flambees have been recognized by the “Confrérie du Véritable Flammekueche” (Confraternity of the True Flammekueche).

With its 60 seating and 90 seating on the terrace, the restaurant has seen several Alsatian ambassadors and many regional professionals as well as parliamentarian from across Europe within its walls.
