Caveau Gurtlerhoft

Here, in the Middel-Ages, was a very old clerical hotel, that was used as head office of the provostship for the canon's meetings of the cathedral. The huges cellars do really have a great look. Spacious a nave of church, they do have an exceptionnal size for Strasbourg. On the XIV's century, the hotel has been acquired and trransformed by Conrad GURTLER and became the "GURTLERHOFT". Todays, on the center of the old town, the restaurant Gurtlerhoft welcomes you in a warm and authentic place, where you can eat in all seasons alscian specialities.
