Chère Amie

Dear Friend, Brasserie de l'Hôtel des Postes. As an explicit echo to the decoration, of which the woodwork illustrated with a gallery of characters in reading is one of the key elements, Chère Amie summons the whole universe of epistolary correspondence and gallant writing. Tinged with a delicate obsolescence, this name confers both elegance and openness towards the other while subtly resonating with the postal past of the place...

Housed in the former postal sorting center of this neo-Gothic building built between 1896 and 1899 by the architects von Rechenberg and Hacke, the Chère Amie brewery, is subtly inspired by this past.

Chère Amie opens on a plateau of approximately 800m², of which a little less than 500m² will be dedicated to customers and will be centered around : 

• a large room of 300m² in the heart of the place under a triple glass roof
• an adjoining space of 125m² opening onto the interior courtyard
• an annex of 55m² for seminars and privatizations.

In total, Chère Amie set up 210 place settings, without counting the 30 to 65 additional places in the seminar area.
