First, we installed energy-efficient equipment throughout the facility, such as LED bulbs and a fan-assisted heat recovery unit. We have also implemented a selective waste sorting system to reduce our carbon footprint and promote recycling. In addition, we work closely with our suppliers to favor local products, in order to support local agriculture and reduce our carbon footprint linked to the transport of goods. Vegetarian and vegan options are also offered in our menu to meet the different needs of our customers. Finally, we have encouraged our guests to adopt responsible behaviors by providing information on the sustainable activities available in the region, as well as advice on how to reduce their environmental impact during their stay.
