Vignoble urbain - Sofitel Strasbourg Grande Ile

In the heart of the city, in the heart of the hotel, Le 7 is a vinyard (*) where the 7 types of Alsacian varieties of grapes have been highlighted by the Studio Hertirch & Adnet together with winegrower Jean-Daniel Hering in order to respect the emblematic architecture of the 1960’s.

This urban vineyard definitely redefined the hotel and is livening it up throughout the seasons

To illustrate the identity of the region, you will find the seven world-famous types of wine: Sylvaner, Gewürztraminer, Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir and Muscat.

During the summer, have a taste of the grape while walking in the garden or find it on our Menu. Celebrate personal or professional events in the lovely décor, in a neighbourhood classified as World Heritage by the UNESCO.

Le 7 is as well a wonderful room right next to the vineyard (**), an extension of this exceptional area whose large window make feel like sitting in the middle of the vines.

This unique location is full of promises for exceptional events, intimate or festive, traditional or offbeat: picnic in the vines, barbecue, fashion show, afterwork party with DJ… During summer or winter… a very full agenda!

 (*) Vineyard Le 7 : Outside terrace of 450 sqm (around 200 sqm usable) including 100 sqm under a retractable pergola. Capacity up to 130 guests for after work or cocktail (standing) and 80 guests for seated lunch or dinner
